  • 1/4 cup blueberry powder
  • 2 pie crusts
  • 1 cup apple filling
  • 1 tbsp. honey
  • 1 egg, beaten


  1. Preheat your oven to 375 degrees F.
  2. In a small mixing bowl, combine the blueberry powder, apple filling, and honey. Mix well until the ingredients are well combined and smooth.
  3. Unroll the pie crusts and cut them into 4-inch squares.
  4. Place a spoonful of the apple filling mixture in the center of each square.
  5. Brush the edges of the pie crust squares with beaten egg and fold the squares over the filling to create a turnover.
  6. Press the edges of the turnovers together with a fork to seal them.
  7. Place the turnovers on a baking sheet and brush the tops with more beaten egg.
  8. Bake the turnovers for 20-25 minutes, or until they are golden and flaky.
  9. Remove the turnovers from the oven and let them cool slightly before serving.
