For a tasty and healthy snack on-the-go, try making your own homemade energy bars with camu camu powder, quinoa flakes, raisins, and other healthy ingredients.   • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup quinoa flakes
  • 1/2 cup raisins
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup almond butter
  • 1 tablespoon camu camu powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract


  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats, quinoa flakes, and raisins. Mix well to combine.
  2. In a separate small mixing bowl, combine the honey, almond butter, camu camu powder, and vanilla extract. Mix well to combine.
  3. Pour the wet ingredients over the dry ingredients and mix until well combined. The mixture should be sticky and easy to press together.
  4. Press the mixture into a lined 8x8 inch baking dish. Use a spatula to press the mixture down firmly, making sure the top is even and smooth.
  5. Cover the dish with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or until the bars are firm and set.
  6. Once set, cut the bars into squares and enjoy as a healthy snack on-the-go.
