- 1 cup pitted dates
- 1/4 cup almonds
- 1/4 cup chopped cacao nuts
- 1/2 cup rolled oats or quinoa flakes
- 1 tablespoon maca powder
- 1 tablespoon melted coconut oil
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- In a food processor, combine the dates, almonds, cacao nuts, oats/flakes, and maca powder. Process until the ingredients are well combined and form a sticky dough.
