Ingredients

  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 2 tbsp apple powder
  • 2 tbsp acai powder
  • 2 tbsp camu camu powder
  • 1 tbsp barley grass juice powder
  • 2 tbsp honey or agave nectar
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

Directions

  1. In a small saucepan, combine the water, orange juice, apple powder, acai powder, camu camu powder, and barley grass juice powder. Heat over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the powders are fully dissolved and the mixture is smooth and well combined.
  2. Remove the saucepan from the heat and stir in the honey or agave nectar and the lemon juice.
  3. Pour the mixture into popsicle molds, leaving about 1/4 inch of space at the top of each mold to allow for expansion.
  4. Freeze the popsicles for at least 4 hours or overnight, until they are fully frozen.
  5. To serve, run the popsicle molds under warm water to loosen the popsicles, and then gently pull the popsicles out of the molds. Enjoy immediately.
